DESCRIPTION:It’s a virtual dinner in January. \nThis event was not recorded. \nWines\n\nSparkling: Vieni Momenti Brut ($13.95)\nWhite: Mondavi Chardonnay ($14.85)\nRed: Inniskillin Pinot Noir ($15.95)\n\nMenu\n\nAppetizer: Dukkha\, olive oil and bread\nSoup: Chickpea & Leek\nMain: Boeuf Bourgogne with garlic mashed potatoes & herb infused root vegetables\nDessert: Vanilla Creme Caramel\n\nRecipe: Seafood Casserole\nIngredients: \n\n1 green pepper\, chopped\n1 onion\, chopped\n1 cup chopped celery\n1 can crabmeat\, drained\n1 can shrimp (I used frozen shrimp)\n1 cup mayonnaise\n1 cup cooked macaroni (not in the original recipe but goes further)\n1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce\n½ teaspoon salt\n½  teaspoon pepper\n1 cup dry breadcrumbs\n2 teaspoons butter\n\nDirections: \n\nHeat oven to 350.\nMix all ingredients except breadcrumbs and melted butter.\nPour mixture into ungreased 1-quart casserole or 6 individual baking shells.\nToss breadcrumbs in melted butter and sprinkle over seafood mixture.\nBake uncovered 30 minutes.
