WINE
Our international agents and local wineries bring an assortment of outstanding wines, many of which are not available at the LCBO. Members always have an opportunity to buy the wines that are tasted. A great way to get something special.
FOOD
To complement the wines, our team of foodies prepare an Amuse Bouche to go with the bubbly being served, followed by three food pairings for the white wines and another three for the red wines. Our Club Sommelier tastes each wine then the food is decided based on the flavours noted in the wines. Recipes are available to members. Just login (soon!).
PEOPLE
The BWC is really about people. We have wonderful members and guests who come out each month and then again for our special events. We have a fabulous team of volunteers who work tirelessly to make each event a success. Our agents, winemakers and wine families have become friends and we welcome them back regularly.
